Servicing Yeppoon, Rockhampton and the Capricorn Coast

Get in touch

Three ways to reach us, and the phone is the fastest. If it is urgent, ring. If it is not, the form is fine and we will get back to you.

Send us the details

Three fields we need, two that help. The make and age of a hot water unit, or where exactly the water is coming from, saves us both a trip.

The quickest way for us to get back to you.
Not on the list? Type it in and we will tell you straight whether we come out there.

Straight to us

A note on availability

We have not put a response time on this page, because we have not promised one. Ring us and we will tell you what we can actually do and when.

What turns up

The van, and the bloke driving it

If we are coming to you, this is what pulls into the driveway.

What people usually ring about

If it is one of these, say so on the phone and we will know what to bring.

Hot water systems

You turn on the tap and wait for it to warm up. And wait. And wait. We install energy efficient hot water systems and troubleshoot the one you already have. Instantaneous gas, solar and heat pump, plus repairs on whatever is out there now.

Blocked drains and maintenance

Water coming back up through the plugholes, and the plunger has given up. Blocked dunnies, leaking taps, corroded pipework and water pressure that is either a dribble or a rumble. This is the bread and butter service call.

Bathroom and kitchen renovations

Creating your dream bathroom, kitchen or laundry? The plumbing you cannot see is the part that ruins a renovation. We cover the water and the gas on the same job, so a kitchen with a gas cooktop takes one trade instead of two.

Gas installation and gas fitting

Make sure you are (safely) cooking with gas. Gas is the licensed, higher risk work a handyman cannot legally touch. Hot water systems, stovetops and ovens are the speciality, domestic and commercial, including commercial kitchens.

Backflow and TMV testing

The test is annual, and the reminder never comes at a good time. Backflow valves stop contaminated water flowing back into the drinking supply. Thermostatic mixing valves blend hot and cold to a safe temperature so nobody gets scalded. Both need testing, and we test and repair on the spot.

Emergency plumbing

Water is going everywhere and it is not stopping on its own. Our local emergency team is ready to respond promptly during all active business hours. Burst pipes, water leaks, blocked drains and suspected gas leaks.

Emergency
While you wait

Do this before we get there

It stops the damage, and it is worth knowing before you need it.

    1. Turn off any appliances.
    2. Open the doors and windows to ventilate the area.
    3. Shut the gas off at the main valve.
    4. Then call us. Do not use a light switch or a phone inside the room.

    2. Call us.

    2. If that does not shift it, call us.
