Cooee Bay sits right on the water, immediately south of the Yeppoon town centre. We are a licensed plumber and gas fitter based in Yeppoon, covering the water and the gas from the one trade.
Cooee Bay is the closest thing on this coast to a units suburb. Behind the beachfront there is a run of two and three storey walk-up blocks from the 1970s and 1980s, and a lot of them are now holiday lets rather than owner-occupied.
