Projects
Every photograph on this page is from a Flowtek job. None of it is stock, and where we have not recorded which street a job was on, we say so rather than picking a suburb that sounds good.
Stormwater solutions in Taranganba
The problem. In March of the previous year a significant flooding event occurred, because the ground level sloped inwards towards the building, and there was no adequate stormwater drainage in the vicinity to take the water once it got there.
The challenge. Inward sloping ground. On a site like this you cannot regrade your way out of it, and no amount of guttering helps once the water is already on the ground and heading for the wall.
What we did. We installed strategically placed drainage pits to capture and redirect surface water away from the building. The pits went where the water actually collected rather than where it arrived, and they were piped to somewhere that still had somewhere to discharge.
Other jobs, and what is going on in each one
These are Flowtek jobs. We have not recorded the street for each of them, so we are not going to attach a suburb to one just because it would read well.
