I had a very disappointing experience with Jason. He was hired to work on a couple of my rental properties, and during the installation, he caused a water leak that ended up damaging one of the vanities. In another property, he installed a new vanity but made a significant error by fitting a right-hand side cupboard on the left. To accommodate his plumbing, he drilled through three drawers—completely compromising the functionality of the unit.When I confronted him about these issues, he dismissed my concerns, claiming the vanity wasn’t leaking prior and that the faulty installation wasn’t his responsibility. His refusal to fix his mistakes has left me in a difficult position, as I now have to pay someone else to correct his work.I cannot recommend Jason based on my experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for reliable plumbing services.

He came when he said he would, brought all the required parts and was very efficient and completed the repairs quickly and very neatly. He tested for leaks and ensured that the tempering valve was operating at the correct temperature. I will be calling on Flowtek whenever I require plumbing services.
