Flowtek Services is a plumbing and gas business in Yeppoon, Queensland. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote, book a job or apply for a job with us, we collect what you give us. That is usually your name, phone number, email address, suburb or address, and details about the work or the role. If you fill in one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the answers you submit on that form.

Why we collect it

We use it to quote and do the work you asked for, contact you about it and invoice you. For a job application, we use it to consider your application and call you about it. We do not use it for anything else.

Who sees it

Only Flowtek Services, plus the software we run the business on (job management, accounting, email and our website database), which stores it for us. We never sell or rent your information. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep it as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us, and for our tax and warranty records. After that we delete it.

Seeing, fixing or deleting your information

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Email [email protected].
