Six things, and the three at the top are what Bungundarra rings us about most. Every one of them is done by a licensed plumber and gas fitter, and the site gets cleaned up before we leave.
Water coming back up through the plugholes, and the plunger has given up. Blocked dunnies, leaking taps, corroded pipework and water pressure that is either a dribble or a rumble. This is the bread and butter service call.
More on blocked drains
You turn on the tap and wait for it to warm up. And wait. And wait. We install energy efficient hot water systems and troubleshoot the one you already have. Instantaneous gas, solar and heat pump, plus repairs on whatever is out there now.
More on hot water
Make sure you are (safely) cooking with gas. Gas is the licensed, higher risk work a handyman cannot legally touch. Hot water systems, stovetops and ovens are the speciality, domestic and commercial, including commercial kitchens.
More on gas fitting
Creating your dream bathroom, kitchen or laundry? The plumbing you cannot see is the part that ruins a renovation. We cover the water and the gas on the same job, so a kitchen with a gas cooktop takes one trade instead of two.
Renovations
The test is annual, and the reminder never comes at a good time. Backflow valves stop contaminated water flowing back into the drinking supply. Thermostatic mixing valves blend hot and cold to a safe temperature so nobody gets scalded. Both need testing, and we test and repair on the spot.
Backflow and TMV
Water is going everywhere and it is not stopping on its own. Our local emergency team is ready to respond promptly during all active business hours. Burst pipes, water leaks, blocked drains and suspected gas leaks.

Jason was extremely helpful and completed very high quality work. Very punctual and great to deal with. Highly recommend
We work across Capricorn Coast from Yeppoon, but we are not going to put a made-up job or a borrowed photo on this page to prove it. If we have done work at your place in Bungundarra, a Google review helps your neighbours far more than anything we could write here.

Jason has done a couple of jobs for me, both times I have found him to be efficient, prompt and professional. I would recommend Jason 100%, excellent service, thank you.

I would highly recommend Jason for all of your plumbing needs. I only sent a website enquiry off this morning & he has already been & sorted out my issues this afternoon. Excellent service!
These are customers' own words about their own jobs, published on our Google Business Profile and quoted here exactly as they wrote them, misspellings of our name included. They describe what happened on those days. They are not a promise about how quickly we can get to you.
On a Bungundarra block the house often sits well above the tank, and every metre of height costs you pressure before a tap is even opened. If the house has been extended or a bathroom added since the pump went in, the pump is very likely undersized for what it is now being asked to do. We can measure it rather than guess.
Usually not. When levels drop, the outlet ends up drawing from the sediment layer that has been sitting undisturbed in the bottom for years. Raising the outlet, adding proper screening and cleaning the tank fixes it far more often than replacing anything does.
Four things, in order. You could check every one of them the next day.
Tell us the suburb and what is happening. A photo of the unit or the leak tells us more than a paragraph does.
Sometimes that is a question or two on the phone. Sometimes it is obvious from the photo.
Nobody prices a job properly down a phone line, so we come and look before anyone talks about money.
What the job is, what it takes and what happens if you leave it. Then it is your call.
Take a photo of it and text that instead. The plate on a hot water unit, the fitting that is dripping, the wet patch in the yard. It tells us the make, the age and usually the fault, which saves you describing it and saves us guessing.
Texts get read between jobs. If it's an emergency, ring instead.
Three fields we need, two that help. If it is urgent, ring instead, it is faster.
Licensed Plumber & Gas Fitter
Bungundarra is properly rural, hilly, and off the reticulated network. Almost everything up here runs on rainwater tanks with a pressure pump, and treats its own wastewater on site. That makes the household its own little water utility, and the faults are utility faults rather than fixture faults. The one that catches people out is the interaction between the hills and the pump: on a sloping property the house can sit well above the tank, so the pump is working against a real static head before it does anything useful, and a pump that was fine for the old house is often not fine after an extension or a second bathroom. Water security matters here too. In a dry stretch, tank levels get low, sediment that has been sitting in the bottom for years gets stirred into the outlet, and it ends up in the pump and the tap ware. Sorting the outlet height and the screening does more good than replacing the fixtures it clogged.
Pumps working against a head they were never sized for, and sediment out of the bottom of a low tank. Both look like a pressure problem at the tap and neither is fixed at the tap.
Long, sometimes steep driveways, gates, and stock on a lot of properties. A dry weather crossing on some blocks is not a wet weather crossing. Tell us what the drive is like when you ring.
