Kawana is a settled north Rockhampton suburb, largely 1960s to 1980s. We are a licensed plumber and gas fitter based in Yeppoon, covering the water and the gas from the one trade.
Kawana is the suburb where the renovation decision keeps coming up. The housing is mostly 1960s to 1980s lowset brick and some high-set timber, on standard suburban blocks with mature gardens. On a Kawana house, usually sound drainage and tired water lines.
